Freedive Intro Class Itinerary (One 1 Full-day)

Meet-up & Registration

•  Welcome and briefing
•  Fill out safety/medical forms
• Equipment fitting (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, weights)

Theory Session

• Introduction to freediving & safety rules
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Equalization basics
• Freediving equipment overview

Dry Training / Breathing Practice

• Breathing cycles for relaxation
• CO₂ & O₂ tolerance introduction
•  Static breath-hold practice on land

Confined Water Session (Open water Shallow Area)

•  Breathing up & relaxation in water
•  Safety protocols (buddy system, rescue basics)
• Duck dive practice
• Floating and finning techniques
•  First breath-hold dives (shallow depth)

Lunch Break

Open Water Session

• Line diving introduction (with rope & buoy)
• Free immersion (pulling on rope)
•  Constant weight dives with fins
•  Focus on relaxation, equalization, and proper ascent/descent
• Depth target: usually 5–10 meters depending on student comfort
• Taking Photos and Videos
