Description

🐠 Private Freediving Itinerary Flexible Start Time (Morning or Afternoon)

 Meet-up / Pick-up

• Meet at the dive shop or agreed location

• Gear fitting and briefing

⏱ Session Flow (approx. 5-6 hours total, flexible)

1. Orientation & Safety Briefing (20–30 mins)

• Freediving basics

• Breathing & relaxation techniques

• Equalization tips

• Safety protocols with buddy system

2. Dry Training & Stretching (20-30 mins)

• Breathing exercises

• Relaxation and stretching for freediving

3. Confined Water / Shallow Session (30–45 mins)

• Duck dives, finning techniques

• Buoyancy control

4. Open Water Session (1.5–2 hrs)

• Line training (progressive depth, according to comfort)

• Practice free immersion & constant weight dives

• Safety practice with instructor support

• Explore reef area)

5. Surface Interval / Relaxation (as needed)

6. Debriefing & Wrap-up (15–20 mins)

• Review progress and techniques
